I'm generally browsing the FFR forums for hours on end posting my super-happy grammatically-correct thoughts into topics that I deem worthy of my post. So, to answer your question, yes. I would be up for it. I've done it before on a much much much MUCH smaller site without a problem so I do not see why it would be a problem here. (Though, the average user age there was 30-40...while here it's 12-16...)

I've pondered this for a while now. I think there would be two possible outcomes: I wouldn't do a damn thing for fear of doing the wrong thing, or I would treat the forums like my own and get a little power crazy. I don't share power too well.

Therefore, I think I would reject it. If, later on, I commanded a bit more power/respect here I could, but I don't see the "Welcome GuidoHunter to the ranks of forum mod" thread being created ANY time soon. I do love the FFR forums, but I'm still just a peon here.

Thats what I thought originally, but you just ask the other mods, and eventually, you get a feel for what is right and wrong.

Oh, I'm sure that I could become a fine mod once I got the hang of it, but then there comes the responsibilities of a mod. I'm also not too sure I'd want to commit the time/effort to monitor the forums.

If the administrative staff deemed me worthy, then naturally I would be inclined to accept. The only problem is I can't be here as much as I am with my new school schedule. But I would try, to a degree.

My only problem would be my acvivity patterns - on and off. Other than that, I'm sure some of the staff can teach me the way of the mods.

Especially when some little cock who thinks they're invincible never quits fucking with the site or the mods/admins or whatnot and the administration is so pussified that banning and deleting like any NORMAL site is out of the question

You would think that this would be so little of an issue that it happens uncommonly

But it happens at least once a day or two at the least, especially on the chat

I would, but even though I usually am mature online (except on gamefaq's), I doubt I would get the offer since I just signed up here. I remember playing when it first came out in '02, in computer programming class, but I never bothered to check what else was on the site. When I started playing SM more, I noticed that in the brag threads on DDRfreak and bemanitsyle, nima and reach stopped posting scores and just linked to their FFR brags, and I just figured it was a small community here. I finally decided to sign up, and I was shocked at how many people use the site. It's a really cool site and all, but I won't be getting an offer anytime soon.
