Re: Let's talk Myers Briggs personality types!
i think the mbti is supposed to be taken as a measurement of what cognitive functions someone tends to employ, and with what degree of emphasis
INFJ: Ni-Fe-Ti-Se and INTJ is Ni-Te-Fi-Se ESFJ is Fe-Si-Ne-Ti etc |

Re: Let's talk Myers Briggs personality types!
No I mean, there really needs to be a poll for this. I'm tempted to scan through the thread and gather the results up to that post.
@_@ yeah that post didn't have much thought put into it when I posted before |

Seriously, this is like the tenth time I've taken this over the years. I probably have the questions memorized.

ISTJ
Introvert(44%) Sensing(1%) Thinking(1%) Judging(67%) I remember getting something completely different last time, but it seems that judging and introvert went up. Great. :/ |

Re: Let's talk Myers Briggs personality types!
INTJ
Introvert(11%) iNtuitive(88%) Thinking(25%) Judging(1%) You have slight preference of Introversion over Extraversion (11%) You have strong preference of Intuition over Sensing (88%) You have moderate preference of Thinking over Feeling (25%) You have marginal or no preference of Judging over Perceiving (1%) ---------- How I would interpret these results: For anyone who got a 1% (or, say, less than 5%) on a category, consider that a wildcard category. You aren't whatever it says but instead are middle-ground there. Alternately, you're both. For anyone who got, say, 10% to 13% or thereabouts, it means you're barely whatever that metric is. So in my personal case I would say these results suggest I am a barely introverted, strongly intuitive thinker who is balanced judgmentally. I don't think that's inaccurate. I can be reserved but also a complete showoff. I am highly intuitive (frequently the first thing I think of is correct). I am a thinker. And I'm not overly-judgmental but I do reserve judgment. Consider my score INT* rather than INTJ: the * being wildcard. If you are high on both F and J metrics, we probably won't get along; likewise if you are low on T and high on J. |

Re: Let's talk Myers Briggs personality types!
To try and analyse your scores, you first have to try and understand the meaning of this test. The creators of the personality types attached new meanings to those words, extending them to their psychological hypothesis.
