See I think that all the "hate" that I get, in combination with a new found moderator status, would be a perfect concoction for a new, interesting, and productive garbage bin. I would never abuse my power to punish those who attack me, I am a calm, cool, and collected leader and i would lead by example. As I said before, I have many ideas and if i were moderator i promise that you would see the implementation of these ideas. Nothing too drastic, just different than anything you've ever conceived. I promise you i will make the garbage bin more interesting and fun.
