Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Lol I think a lot of people don't think it should be a 76. That makes it my first Guru AAA if it stays a 76.

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Kinda agree^
But, 76 back then was borderline fmo wasn't it? Silly symphony is 76 and it was fmo back then.

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Yeah, well... I really disagree with some of the songs in the group, so I'd much rather just refer to the songs that were FGO on the old scale. I was never a fan of the 20 point scaling, nor am I a fan of 99 points as a secondary system to complement the 20 point scale.
With that being said, 78+ is where the true low FGOs begin. Last edited by TC_Halogen; 07-15-2012 at 05:25 PM.. |

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Since 1983 still feels like a 75/76 to me despite everyone AAA'ing it. I mean yeah, I can AAA it on command too, but some of those 24th anchor streams are pretty awkward to PA. Definitely a tougher overall file than Spoils, it just tests a different skill (one that most D6 players are quite proficient in, more so than technique and control in lower level files)
If anything, Yellow Leaves should be knocked down to 60. |

5 goods second full run, one of them a derp around 500, felt really good. I actually think I can get this if I can figure out the 32nds two-thirds in.

THIS IS WHY COMBO BASED SCORING IS THE WORST IDEA IN RHYTHM GAMING HISTORY
THIS SCORE IS SECOND LAST ON THE LIST whatever

There's only really one semi-challenging pattern in the 24ths...think it goes like [12]41414[12]4 at the end of one of the earlier runs. Everything else is piss-easy staircase/mini-trill patterns and the poly-rhythms aren't very demanding either. I'd rate it a 73 or 74 for sure, I was surprised at seeing how easy it was being an FGO. I could agree by saying jumpstream/polyrhythms are something I am gifted at but already a bunch of people have AAA'd, one being a sightread AAA from a D5 player. *shrugs* Last edited by Dynam0; 07-15-2012 at 06:17 PM.. |

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Yeah I saw that. I keep getting tripped up on the patterns in the latter portion of the song. This file is annoying to play because I can consistently AAA the first 3/4ths or so of it but I screw up in certain spots after that.

26 out of 32 slots in D6 taken with AAA, cutoff is 2g...
MikeShinoda said it best -- 31 people AAA'd Spoils, and many of the same people are finding it easier, so... |
