Stepmania Master Pack 1st Style

Overview: This is basically a pack in which we will take songs and make them into note charts that some what simulate the IIDX feel. I love IIDX and I like to play the files that make me feel like I'm playing IIDX on my keyboard. It's pretty fun if you ask me. And so, I'm making this pack. Of course there are rules and here they are:

--Simfiles CANNOT have gay NVLM_ZK steps. Seriously, that's stupid.

--Just because the difficulty is low, feel free to bring forth any challenge you want on the difficulty you've selected, but understand that Standard cannot be harder than Heavy and Heavy cannot be harder than Oni.

--Hands are not allowed in standard steps.

--Any genre besides emo u fagz!!!!!11111

--Standard and Heavy required. Oni is optional, but it'd be great if you included it.

--When you submit, you must submit your file with the default rating of 1 on ALL difficulties. The judges will decide on what to rate it.

--The rating system will only go from 1-12. No more.

--Graphics should be included in your file. If you can't make any, ask. CDTitle is a must have.

--Marathon's will be accepted

--Also, files cannot have been previously released. Version 2 files are fine, but if it's version 15, no.

--Try not to include too many IIDX songs. Yeah, we're making a IIDX feel pack, but we're not trying to reinvent the wheel or anything.

The reason it only goes up to 12 is because this is, after all, like a IIDX pack. IIDX only goes up to a 12 in rating. Also, since Light mode is gay and no one likes Light mode, I started it at standard. So Standard, Heavy, and Oni will be Normal=>Hyper=>Another. Get it? Good.

The judges are as followed: O THNAP!, Asshat, John11, Kepogata

Stepmania is not IIDX. Why make the gameplay like IIDX?

Plus I like files as hard as NVLM files.

Well then why don't you go do that, step the songs yourself, and be the only one to play the pack. Sounds good to me.

It seems to me that a lot of sims made these days emulate IIDX charts a bit. They're structured very similarly aside from the freezes. SM files layer sounds together in much the same manner as IIDX does.

Essentially, this is just a normal pack, only you're requiring at least two dificulties and telling us to not use freezes.

I don't know...it could work, but it does seem a little strange...

What is your stance on BPM effects?

Since my last post was pretty much nothing...

I do not like this idea at all.

First, I like NVLM's crazy ass steps. They are a fun diversion from the norm.
Second, no freexes? I think that's kinda gay. If a song has a feel for a hold, there should be a hold there. This is not ffr where if have no choice of holds, this is sm and they have holds for a reason.

I think you should rethink some of your requirements and then try this idea again.

How do you make a IIDX file for SM....

Basically this is just like every other pack really....except every file has to have a standard. But w.e I'll submit I suppose since Kepo is a judge.
