What do you use for streaming?
I'm curious what other people use for streaming FFR. I have massive lag issues when I try to stream which makes it pretty much pointless to do since my accuracy takes a huge hit. I'm just using the Livestream Procaster thing that comes with livestream on the Optimized Gaming setting. I've tried other settings and I can't seem to get anything that works without causing major lag.
So, what does everyone use and how the hell do you get it to work without lag? :P

Re: What do you use for streaming?
Does any of that stuff work with Livestream? I only recently started streaming stuff but I'd like to stay on there if possible.

Re: What do you use for streaming?
I know that Xsplit acts like a an encoder too so you can send it to streaming sites like Livestream, Ustream, Twitch, Justin.
Not sure about the one that was posted though. Dxtory is a pretty nifty program, I agree. I don't know, I'm too use to Xsplit and working with it to not be bothered by compensating some CPU. |

Re: What do you use for streaming?
I see. Do you do fullscreen streaming without any lag issues? That's the ideal situation since it's easier to read stuff at fullscreen :P I have a massive monitor too: 1920x1200.

EDIT: Yes, I can stream fullscreen @ 1920x1200, to answer your question. Here is a recording: http://www.twitch.tv/fissionmailed2/b/370361125 (PS, i'm not actually this bad at StepMania, wasn't warmed up at all.) EDIT2: The recording is choppy on this vod, ignore that. Been having issues with my computer in general recently.

Re: What do you use for streaming?
nice :O I think I might have to move over to TwitchTV though. I found something on the OBS forums for how to setup for Livestream but I keep getting kicked off by the server =/
EDIT: Lawl I forgot I have a TwitchTV account already. Seems to be working. Thanks a lot

Re: What do you use for streaming?
Open broadcaster software. Far better with CPU usage.
