Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2
Agreed completely on the patterns. I've already cut the song for him, and it still sounds great however, so I think it'll be easier for him to make things less repetitive.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2
So thanks to bmah and TC_Halogen for the complete overhaul of -Glorious Morning- and when I say complete overhaul, I mean sitting for hours on AIM with bmah and AJ probably spending hours on a full BPM fix that was even beyond his imagination. Literally took the song and chart, turned it inside-out and got it fixed. Simfile surgery. We'll find out soon enough if it was successful.
So since no one is answering this question and now I'd like it answered, I'll quote it. Waterflame has nothing in game at the moment but [I think] they might have 1 in queue to go in. Would that still consider them new and be eligible for the new artist batch?

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2
Just a question, I don't know if it relates to this thread, but, when will we be expecting this week's songs to come out? I mean it is almost Saturday, so they are coming soon, right?

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2
Not sure about when the next batch is, but All i can say now is, I hope it isn't anytime that soon. Because due to windows 7 issues I need to RE step the songs I charted.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2
You should consider making backups of WIP's or files you finished, like copying them to external hard drives for example. That's what I always do just in case my laptop decides to shit on me. You can never be to careful you know xd

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2
Good advice, Will do in the future. Though my problem was I Guess i wasn't running Stepmania as an administrator when I stepped my songs, so it it wouldn't save them for some reason.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2
open your SM program folder and at the top go to Compatibility files and then the song folder, should be in there.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread v2
Also move stepmania OUT of Program Files. That fixes it.

just wait till homosexual love scene gets ingame ...gay in the literal sense
but seriously, metro isn't going to stop being hard or by terminal 11 - you'll just have to learn to not play it
