A New Stlye To Writing
Battle Writing. Simple, all you must do is challenge a former forum user to a battle through story. None of that "Oh I stabbed You!" "No you didn't I moved!" "Nuh huh!" "Yu huh!" Basically, write a topic with the persons name you want to challenge(Hopefully, they show. So picking some one who uses the Literature forums would be reccomended) then write out a:
Setting- Plot- Character Description- A Past Expirience That May Help You Win Such A Battle- For a brief example of this stlye of Literature: ----- Lightknight: I walked through the forest of (Insert Name Of Forest Here) with my sword at hand. I knew that I was being watched. I was waiting for it to see my gaurd down so it would attack. Whatever "it" is. I lay beside a tree and await. Several hours later I notice a rumbling in a bush. Not alarmed I slowly stood up and picked up my sword. "Show youself!" I shouted at the bush. It continued to rumble. Then a figure jumped out and dashed into the woods. "Flase Alarm." I had said to myself. Then I paused. I looked at my shadow and saw two shadows. I drew my sword and swung it around slashing into the sword of (Insert Name Of Challenger Here) and drop kicked aiming for their feet. Anomynous: I hopped over Lightknight's drop kick and backflipped up onto a nearby rock. I knew that my handy training with the mountain people who help me some day. Lightknight: I starred deeply into his eyes. Then jumped onto a tree brach and pushed off it into the air and aimed my sword for the rock. Anomynous: I blocked the slash and kicked Lightknight into the tree. Lightknight: I slammed into the tree as everything went black. Anomynous: I stepped off the rock and walked over to Lightknight. He lay with his head against the trunk. Legs spread out. I had three choices. 1. Kill him. 2. Help him. 3. Leave him there. I came to a desicion. Holding my sword firmly, I stabbed it into his neck. Dead center. Blood oozed as I slowly pulled out the sword. I thought to myself. "I decided to leave him. Just dead." Then I shrugged it off and left the forest to return to the watch tower. It was my job to deal with trespassers in this forest. So, I did. The End ----- Each time someone comments for the battle like how it switches should be in a seperate post. So it's like a ravenous game of Pokemon! Your turn! My turn! Your Turn! My turn! I win. Or. You win! The end. Make it as creative and long as you'd like. Enjoy. Happy battling. |
