millionbpm.mp3 is a series of pulses, approximately 1 million of them each minute. Face da factz, it's quarter note stream (quarter note!) at 1,000,000 BPM

if you do the math you'll notice that comes out to approximately a 16.667 KHz wave, which is exactly what that file is
