How usefull is a sky diamond or any kind of diamond for that matter? they're two colorless mana artifacts that when you tap it, gives you one blue/white/red etc mana.

How useful is Azorius Chancery?
Comes into play tapped
It's a land which ability reads, When this card comes into play, return a land you control to its owner's hand.
tap: add white and blue to your mana pool. yes, that's white and blue

The most effective way of determining a card's usefulness is how it synergizes with the rest of your deck.

Jesus Christ, you're like, 11 aren't you? Do you even understand the concept of "usefulness?" If it's useful to your deck, it's useful. But if there's something better (and there is), then it's useful, but inefficient.

in regard to the land card, i'd say it is semi useful in all decks considering it does in a way take up a mana for one turn but guaranteeing another use the next turn; But in real life, if that card had been a land card, I would be quicker with my casting forgoing one extra mana?
