What U need to know:
- it's a StepMania song pack.
- Single/4K + Solo/6K.
- All Parallel Rotation Minipack files will be included.
- Each song will be replaced by their OST version whenever it's possible.
- Released files allowed.
- Submit to: Send me (Roar) KBO PMs (KeyBeatOnline Private Messages).
- Each chart difficulty will be based on 16NPS System.

About release date:
I would like to see at least one solo chart per song we're pretty close to Da Goal now.
The other condition to release is graphics, I can't make graphics and I don't wanna force people to make them so it might ... litterally stop the progress.

About the song restrictions:
The pack is about beatmaniaIIDX 17 SIRIUS. If you don't know, it's an arcade rhythm game made by KONAMI, and it's very well criticized. All the songs are made by Bemani artists*.
*Bemani artists: They are KOOL, they make great music (better than Soulja Boy Tellem).
So the song restrictions is now obvious, step only songs from this game.

For some songs you may need the GST version (i.e. Beautiful Angel OST is the Normal/Hyper version, if you want to step the Another version you need the GST), if you don't have the song you want to step in the OST, post !! Somebody KOOL (probably me !!) will provide a link to what you need.

About the 16NPS System:
Patashu first used the NPS system in Patashu Solo Beginner Pack.
We noticed that NPS was a good way to not use arbitrary values to set difficulties but it can be improved.
Here are the problems that make NPS not perfect:
1. Mines: we only take notes in account so the amount of mines will not influence on the NPS so an overmined file will be as "easy" as the same file played with No Mines.
2. Holds: same for mines holds don't count in the NPS so songs like Almagest or Terminal Strike will be a lot easier than they should be.
3. Density variation: pick a song like Bad Maniacs it is Rael Hard but the NPS will be a lot lower than it should be, because of the quiet parts (the beginning and the end) these lower the NPS and people will think that Bad Maniacs is doable but they'll end up being f*ucked ^ !!
The 16NPS is very simple: we calculate the NPS but on 16 measures. i.e. for Bad Maniacs I would calculate the NPS on the 16 measures before the ending and I would get a very accurate NPS.
This showed a big difference i.e. True Love edit has 19 global NPS but its 16NPS is 24 that is a difference of 5. Think about it, play a file that is 9 NPS and a file that is 14 NPS and you'll see what difference it is.
Therefore I choose to use that system for that pack.

About submissions:
I need people to step songs, but I also need some people to do graphics.
Notecharters:
You can step whatever you want but you need to know that I will hardly accept a file if it has been stepped by another person. That's why you can see what is done and what is not.
If you have already stepped the song and released your file, you can still submit it.
It's better for you to tell people what you're going to step because people may step the same song as you and your file will have more chance to be rejected !!
Graphics:
Check out the song list, everything is written, about the "graphic stealing from other packs", you can still provide a new set but ... it's kind of useless imo xd

List of songs that need to be stepped for solo:

Some songs need easy charts, not necessary easy but with a 16NPS below 15. A 14 can be hard for some players but a file with only a 15+ needs a 14-.
That would make the pack accessible to more players. However, some songs aren't meant to be easy so they don't need an easy chart. I will consider that every 12 (on beatmaniaIIDX) and every Extra Stage and One More Extra Stage songs don't necessarily need a 14- chart.
This is not a "beginner" pack though so don't do Snoozer-Only charts.
These songs will be marked with a *.

However, the main goal is still having at least one solo chart per song, so if that goal is reached I will attempt to release the pack even if some songs lack 14- charts.
I will also hardly accept any GOLDEN CROSS and SOLID STATE SQUAD file since theirs BCMP charts are overplayed unless it's very good. I'll mark them with the * as well and they don't count in the main goal.

I made that list with graphics we need you to provide, you'll have to do graphics for every song. However, some files already have graphics and some songs aren't even stepped.
I'll mark the songs that aren't stepped with a *. That is the least I can do.

Yep, but the OST thing is a note for me lol, because I'm going to replace mp3 by their OST version to be sure that they're good quality.

There's a link to the OST but some people may step songs from the GST.
