Oh, as a heads up... I will still have the next round start at 11:59pm ... however those who are going through rebuttal rounds will just join in after they finish.

When the 11:59 deadline passes are there no more rebuttal extensions or do 2 hour extensions go on indefinitely until someone doesn't beat the other in the allotted time?

if he beats you you'll have an hour
if you then beat him he'll have 30 min
and 30 min until one of you can't beat the other

since the 11:59 deadline has yet to end, he will still receive the 3 hour extension. Only after the 11:59pm deadline will the rebuttals go into full effect.
