Simfile creators are known for their hardest simfiles that are not BS. [example - Reach - Reality]
Well, I think that this is the hardest simfile that I ever made. It is meant for indexes and has some streams of 16th air steps (yes im that crazy). ok... DEFINITELY NOT HARD. You rated it as 14. The SM editor rated it as about 9. Also, I suck and I was able to easily pass it, a sure sign that it's not hard at all.
Also, when a sim only has one difficulty, it's stupid to make that one difficulty challenge. No matter how hard a sim is, it should not be on challenge if there is only one stepchart. Ok, about the actually steps: they were OK. Not too bad, but I have played better. PS those 16th jump "runs" were nothing. I'm sure I could FC them without mashing if i cared enough to play again. PPS it's BPM is 150 for those curious. I know I was curious of the BPM.
