Played it, and barely passed it

Slowed it down, couldn't find much of anything that stood out to me in terms of fixing up, so I think you should be good to go. Let me know if you were really looking for some notes though, and I'll see if Scintill can take a crack at it.

I'll definitely need the second chart though (preferably an easier one!)

Yeah, just parts where its really sour in the file. And I'll get to work on a second chart for it

I can make some new ones or if others are willing to make one I'll be very grateful

In other news, my 2 most recent submissions - Yoru Naku Usagi and 6 Trillion Years - are both quite acceptable. On the hard end of the scale for the pack, but that's quite alright. Their offsets feel really weird to me though, I'm having a tough time keeping my scoring consistent. It only bothers me because I don't seem to have this tough a time with it compared to other files I've received. I SHALL INVESTIGATE. Also the bg for 6 Trillion Years is too small

Also blind I swear to god I'mma mess you up. I downloaded ddream for the fixes for Woke Up Too Early and now I have to compare all my notes hahah damn son. It's all good, I'll try and get back too you soon. Life is getting complicated right now because house and moving, but I'm gonna do my best!

lol sorry man. You shouldn't have to redo the whole thing. Just find out how much off the numbers are on the first 1 or 2 fixes, and the rest should follow.

Haha, we'll see.

I've found out the hard way that I'm not a great judge, and it's mostly because of my skill level. Because of this, my reviews are probably inconsistent and rather empty. Maybe I'll do a pack much later and do a better job. But for now... I have received nothing at all since mid May. If it stays real quiet through June then I'll probably just release it as a minipack. Or maybe if people want to submit their files to Ferrari's pack instead that's cool too

You'd never get good at reviews without trying though. Even if they're a bit empty just idea shooting is really helpful sometimes.

I'd just like some clarification Kraezymann: the first rule says that you need to pass the file, but can you translate this to an equivalent difficulty on, say, FFR? I just want to gauge the difficulty you're looking for.

That being said I think I have something for this pack.

Comparing it to FFR, I'd say you're looking at about a low to mid 50's file. Or for Stepmania, we can take the Hard chart from your Clumsy Thoughts file (shoutouts to SSS1) as another example of my current limit.

This isn't to say that you CAN'T make something harder; on the contrary, that's what the multiple chart requirement is for. There just has to be a difficulty that someone of my skill level can pass. I really enjoyed the first pack and thought that it would be a great start for newcomers to the game, or for super casuals like me who haven't mastered stuff like D7 yet. I hope that makes sense!

Garden of Love (bmah)

Awesome, really fun entry. The Hard chart was a bit overstepped for my taste, but taste has nothing to do with it

. The other charts were great additions!

Proxy (YungDaVinci)

Lots of fun but the offset was off. Easy fix though, and I'm really not bothered by it because everyone's computer is different. I'm a bit concerned over hand usage in the Hard chart; compared to the Challenge chart it seems like there are too many. Otherwise, great entry.

@blind I promise I'm going to do that review for Woke Up on DDRream haha. I haven't had much of a chance to open it up and give it a look over, because life. I'm gonna try and give it another go tonight, so hold on to your butt

@JamesMay I have pm'd and emailed Scintill about hatsuneflight but haven't received a response yet. Anything in particular you want me to do about it? I'm not skilled enough to really make good notes for it... maybe Stargroup or someone can give you something more detailed? I also need that second difficulty
