Luck-based game... I hate when you get to a realy high combo, and then the smileys decide to stop appearing.
I had to stop playing because I have school soon. I'm sure I can get at least 1000 with minimal effort. |

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
emerald: It actually isn't totally luck -- part of the strategy is knowing how long to back off so you can have a relatively constant stream of smileys. If you're too fast, you'll clear the field too often.

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
I know it is not luck-based entirely, but I have been able to fall down three times between to time I destroyed a smiley until another appeared.
Also, this game remember me strangely of Raiden X. You actually have to force yourself dying. I hope I will have more will to spend on this than on Raiden. |

Seriously, this took me way more time than I thought it would, beating it twice was really long. Anyways, I won't have to play it anymore so I'm still happy.

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
As you can see, the next round won't be for a while. This should give you all lots of time to catch up with everything -- after the speed round, there will be even more time before the final round. Happy playing!

That game is really only there for the people near the top who must bear through the pain for a necessary point gain

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
Which game are you guys talking about?
I beat 3 of the games in the past 1.5 hours, and got about half way through Bloxorz. This is a good selection of games that I haven't played before. |
