ITT - We Decipher Song Lyrics

As you know, song lyrics tend to have some sort of meaning. Everyone has their own opinions though. Lets try to stick with one section of lyrics, rather then an entire song. Might get messy if we don't do the latter.

To start it off, lets go with some old school rock.

Megadeth - Peace Sells

What do you mean, "I don't believe in God"?
I talk to him every day.
What do you mean, "I don't support your system"?
I go to court when I have to.
What do you mean, "I can't get to work on time"?
I got nothing better to do
And, what do you mean, "I don't pay my bills"?
Why do you think I'm broke? Huh?

I think in order to get the meaning of that particular verse, you have to contextualize it by including the chorus "If there's a new way / I'll be the first in line / But it better work this time". It's pretty clear to me (especially with the later repetition of "peace sells") that he is referring to alienation from our Western system and culture and that he would like to see change; however, he is wary of politicians' attempts to "change" the culture, because that usually ends up either not changing anything or having serious unintended consequences.
