It's not the version of steps, its the song version by the artist.

The dwi or the mp3 doesn't say v3 so I just kinda figured it was the steps.

That's wrong actually, especially considering that it's the same mp3 file and everything. The reason it's seperated into v1 and v3 is because Omegix (or Deepbluesea at the time) made a version after my v1 and called it v2. To prevent confusion with that, I just named MY v2 as v3.
