Updated spreadsheet to this post. Added a Total PA for x/xx - x/xx area that totals the complete PA per week.

Shonen, I'd say that good enough classifies as low D5 scores, like a few FGO SDGs (maybe 79 - 85 at most) and maybe a good 10 FMO AAAs with solid FMOs scores qualifies as D5. D4 I'd say starts from high 50s to low FMO in AAAs, low-mid FMO SDGs, few FGO FCs. then again, that's for me but not sure what Doug says.

Not really, but misses are hugely detrimental to your raw score. -60 from the max raw score for the song per miss. It's nice to have the FC though.

Okay, I can add in the combo of my scores. Probably all of them are still in my levelrank.php although I didn't bother to ss or save replays of most of them. I'll also add the link to the OP and remove where it says combo scoring. Sorry I was a way for a while moving back to WA. Now I'm going to suck since I hate this keyboard so my scores will be so bad until I go back to CA.

My combos: Weapon: 735
Aerospace: 367
Nix-Tek 814
Aim Burst 787

Really none of those combos are large enough to be worth much.
