But really, I don't understand why. With a mouse, it's so much easier to aim among other things. Plus if you don't want to use a mouse you can still use a USB controller.

In short, I dislike PC gaming because I dislike buying games and then finding out I can't play them because my graphics chip is so ten weeks ago and there's a new engine that I have to worry about fiddling with. Plus, PC games then to have 10,000 different input commands for different things. Sacred 2 on the PS3 plays better that it did on the PC because they were able to simplify all the commands to shoulder buttons, etc. While the actual game itself is buggy, the gameplay is vastly improved, and I value gameplay way more than graphics or slight glitches, which face it; you're bound to get those with PC games anyway. Console FPS's work fine.

Re: COD6 aka MW2 : Sign In
CoD 2 'was' released on the 360 you know...
And yeah, although CoD wasn't released for consoles, a download code for the game will be available to those who preorder the hardened and prestige editions of MW2. Treyarch is a piece of **** by the way. COD 3/WAW and all of their stupid spin-offs are an insult to IW's lineup. BTW, gamertag is Digitalseraph. I'll see you online kids.

Re: COD6 aka MW2 : Sign In
Having been on both sides of the console vs PC argument, let me say this: I used to love PC gaming because keyboard/mouse gave you much more precision. I still agree that this is the absolute best way to go for certain games. RTS hands down is better on PC. Certain FPS games (eg: Battlefield 2, original Ghost Recon) are MUCH better on PC because you have a lot more things you need to do. Those types of games generally have RTS-style elements to them, and I think it goes back to why RTS games are so good on PC vs console. However, Mal's point about worrying about computer specs is exactly why I love console gaming now. Once I got used to using my thumbs and joysticks instead of other fingers on mouse/keyboard, I got to where I love consoles. And as someone else pointed out, it's a hell of a lot harder to hack a 360 than a computer.
Now, back on topic: Quote:

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright. And I write the blog for their website. Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O |
