i feel so bad about myself reading through this thread lmfao. I started this game years ago, and only recently did I hit level 90 (for the first and only time) with my ARAN. I remember when Aran was fucking new. And everyone is like l0l 100 in 2 deys 420666

I think I'll go ahead and start up on Windia, since ems is probably a lost cause. Seems too risky and unstable to try and shoehorn my way in with a proxy, what with the game constantly checking ips and people getting banned for violating the europe only protocol. Sorry Saakish.

Quests aren't a waste of time. Some quests can start you with a decent amount of money. ;P I actually did quests until level 40 and then started training then.

2x today + 1.5 exp card = level 37 - 52 in like 2 hours at cds. Still training it up with level 25 armor though....

Do people still sell standard armor in the fm nowadays? (by standard, I mean like clean level 60 warrior top and bottom). If not, what would be the best way to go about getting some armor and a new weapon for the 6x?

tbh, you're not gonna see that often in the fm anymore. it's mainly % items in the fm shops. you might stumble across a few stores that have it, but it's rare to find people putting them in their stores. i personally dont think you don't need any sort of top or bottom atm. (i'm still using some level 35 overall atm lolol)

Yea, I ran into some shops that sold the stuff I needed. Problem was I hadn't ventured outside of Victoria until like level 55 so I had no idea it even could be bought.

This game is SO big now holy shit. There's almost TOO much stuff to keep track of.

PS Level 61 and advanced to WK. Did in 3 days what used to take like 8 months.

Leveling in MapleStory in general has just gotten so much easier and has been that way for a long time now; the leveling never really slows down until after 120ish so by the time you reach 4th Job will be the point where you might have to start grinding.

Went to the ludi pq and got invited to a guild with basically the most friendly people I've ever met in maple. Seriously these guys were absurdly welcoming.

Then leveled up like 5 times on alishar haha.
