Energy drinks don't do squat for me. If it's warm enough and I'm over-excited then I'll have a rush of adrenaline providing me with new high scores. I can't play while temperatures are under 76. |

I don't know. Next time I go out, I'll go buy a monster energy drink and see how I do.

Re: Energy Drinks
It may just be like a placebo effect, I, myself, have never had an energy drink though, so I cannot say for certain.

Re: Energy Drinks
Caffeine makes you more awake and alert so it should improve your accuracy. But I don't know what taurine, guarana, glucuronolactone, inositol, niacinamide, panothenaic acid and vitamins B6/12 do to you.
(Just read from back of energy drink can)

Re: Energy Drinks
yes, energy drinks do help improve on ffr/sm. Its quite simple, when you drink caffine, taurine, guarana, etc.., it speeds up your nervous system and allows you to react faster. The downfall to this is that drinking them on a regular basis can lead to heart problems, and also if you train on an energy drink regularly, you may not play nearly as well without a drink.

Re: Energy Drinks
Beer and hard liquor also improves your playability on ffr/sm

Re: Energy Drinks
they just give you artificial focus and tell your body to ignore that you're tired or whatever
