Lol wtf?
Energy drinks don't do squat for me. If it's warm enough and I'm over-excited then I'll have a rush of adrenaline providing me with new high scores. I can't play while temperatures are under 76.

I don't know. Next time I go out, I'll go buy a monster energy drink and see how I do.

It may just be like a placebo effect, I, myself, have never had an energy drink though, so I cannot say for certain.

Caffeine makes you more awake and alert so it should improve your accuracy. But I don't know what taurine, guarana, glucuronolactone, inositol, niacinamide, panothenaic acid and vitamins B6/12 do to you.
(Just read from back of energy drink can)

yes, energy drinks do help improve on ffr/sm. Its quite simple, when you drink caffine, taurine, guarana, etc.., it speeds up your nervous system and allows you to react faster. The downfall to this is that drinking them on a regular basis can lead to heart problems, and also if you train on an energy drink regularly, you may not play nearly as well without a drink.

Beer and hard liquor also improves your playability on ffr/sm

I'd prolly say it's the caffeine mostly, taurine hasn't been proved to do much of anything, in the way of energy.

i dont know what taurine does but i know gurana is just a highly cafinated (sp?) bean
and vitamin B12 has alwase been given to improve focus.

today i will make a new thread. i will play 25 songs, and post the scores. then i will have a rockstar punch (caffeene = 240 mg?) then about an hour later i will play the same songs again and post scores. the only thing i need to know is does that thread go here or the brag board?
