Re: Sub-forum in General Video Games
Would multi-platform games be situated in Other? Or would they not go in a sub-forum at all?

Example: Modern Warfare 2 for Play Station 3 would go into the Play Station 3 sub-forum. Modern Warfare 2 for Xbox 360 would go into the Xbox 360 sub-forum. |

Re: Sub-forum in General Video Games
I don't really think this is necessary; the amount of threads is already not that many, and dividing it further would pretty much make it so that there's only a couple posts per day in each subforum.

Re: Sub-forum in General Video Games
Multiple threads for the same game is unnecessary to me, as things like storyline discussions, gameplay mechanics, strategies, (etc) will all be the same thing. It becomes borderline spam, if you think about it.

Re: Sub-forum in General Video Games
I'd much rather have pointless sub-forums than slam my dick in a door.

Re: Sub-forum in General Video Games
Yeah the gaming sub-forum is just not trafficked enough to warrant such fine-grained splitting.
I could see maybe two divisions max -- oldschool and newschool, but even there I think there's just not enough traffic to warrant this. Plus there would be argument in some cases as to which "school" something is. |
