Assuming it is:

Would like to claim Meloetta (Pirouette Forme) assuming that it doesn't break any single Pokemon requests or break the two Pokemon limit (I don't think it does as there's no note in the OP over just one Meloetta and it's a forme preference which appears to be different anyways.)

Edit: For clarification, I left the team previously due to something that's no longer relevant at all.

You're both welcome to join (or in your case Middie, rejoin). For Meloetta, I'm going to count either form as one Pokemon. So you can claim Meloetta (Pirouette Forme) and that'll put Meloetta in general to be off limits now.
