Re: Blackflagging (and the likes)
Definitely a longer song, mainly for the following reasons:
1) I usually have more than enough skill to AAA 2) I usually dislike playing files over 3-4 minutes unless they are really that awesome to deserve a full chart 3) It's ALWAYS near the end, so I have to start from the beginning ALL over again. At least for a harder song the run is still decent, as compared to say a black flag on Max Forever or Blue Noah. Real life example: Recently BF'd Reality...rage level was fairly meh. Actually was excited more so that I finally didn't mess up the stream and have the potential for the AAA. A good on note like 3000 of blue army...rage level is pretty high. You won't see me throwing keyboards into monitors or anything, but I do get fairly pissed.

Re: Blackflagging (and the likes)
This.
Though like foxfire said, messing up on a really long song towards the end would probably annoy me more...

Re: Blackflagging (and the likes)
Long songs because usually when I realize that I'm about to AAA something I get this rush and I start to get nervous. That's when I get the good. It's really annoying when I keep trying to AAA 3+ minute songs and that happens.

Re: Blackflagging (and the likes)
I'd only get mad at blackflags on easy songs
ESPECIALLY THOSE IN ROCK GENRE, but I'm glad I'm pretty much done with that genre |

TOO MANY UNCUT 3 MINUTE+ SONGS THAT SOUND TOO MEDIOCRE FOR ME TO CONCENTRATE (IMO). And don't tell me to turn off my volume, cause then I have no idea what the hell I'm doing and end up getting goods all over the place. =| EDIT: And a good portion of the Hip-Hop section. Yes, my taste in music is terrible. Last edited by Altivu; 11-28-2010 at 03:47 PM.. |

Re: Blackflagging (and the likes)
Hard, for sure. Not exactly a BF but the first time I played Gaussian Blue V2 I thought I had AAA'd it. My heart was beating like crazy, my hands were all sweaty, I was feeling a bit sick. Didn't see a single good and after the last step I peeked at the score and saw a multiple of 50 and screamed and fist-pumped. Then the results loaded.
2 goods. I've since been unable to beat 30 goods and can't even FC it half the time. I mean, it's a good score, and an awesome sightread, but I'm never going to come close to that ever again so why couldn't that have just been an AAA
