Default Switching to Flatfoot!

I've been trying to get a decent score on PSM on challange but I figured if I don't switch to flatfoot its going to be very hard. I've seen a few vidios of people flatfooting but I still havn't figured out how to do it. So does anyone have any tips on how to flatfoot?

For those who don't know flatfooting looks like this:

To play flatfooted you play with speed mods, and rape the bar. Make sure you pound the pad as hard as you can, and make it look like you're trying to go #2... or is that perfect attacking? Ah, well if you play flatfooted you are perfect attacking, duh.

From what I see of it, that's how everyone does it. Try stepping flat footed without raping the bar, and you're bound to lose your balance.

Why would you want to play flatfooted though, it makes you look freakish :/

1 - you can barely see his feet.
2 - nothing compares to the intensity of ballet style.

My friend said you hit up with your left toes, left with your right heel, right with your left toes, and down with your right heel. Is that how you flatfoot? The guy can't pass a 10 footer so I'm not really taking his word on it.

Not only is this an incredibly funny video, it also shows proper flatfoot techniques (while he's still being serious).

Basically, hit the down button with your heel and the up button with your toe. how to hit the right button changes depending on the patterns.

Nah..it's hard...i tried it, but man..i can't do it. I'm trying to switch since playing like near the balls of my feet or whatever makes me feet go sore after like..half an hour of playing.
