No, I do it all the time since my iPod touch broke.

But yea, I rather listen to my music then listen to the people around me. My city is full of idiots. And I usually walk out of the shower in "conquer the world" mode after I listen to music, so I definitely do it as much as I can.

I listen to music every morning in the shower. I'll usually pick a playlist/a few songs according to their length, which also gives me a way of telling how long I'm in the shower for. If I'm running a little late and can't take a very long shower I usually listen to this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFu2DfPDGeU
If I have as much time as I want I put my Avenged Sevenfold playlist on shuffle
