fingernails n33d clippin'
Haha Well I was wondering if anyone or everyone or maybe just me feels the need to HAVE to clip their fingernails if they get too long i.e. the nail is hitting the key before your finger xD Personally I have to always or it just messes up my accuracy :P I play spread AS;89.

I feel like I've answered this question a million times already
yes, I have to cut mine too. If I don't, the search function on the forums doesn't work and I can't check if the threads I'm gonna start have already been made 100 times

I actually play better when I don't cut my nails for some reason but when I do I have the worst scores ever.

Just like playing an instrument or activity involving your fingers such as piano or bowling, it's generally advised to cut your fingernails if they're too long. The nails do get in the way.

Being a guy, I clip my nails regardless of playing ffr or not

I do better with longer nails to an extent. If they get too long then they become bothersome.

Re: fingernails n33d clippin'
I remember when I was still in high school and I disregarded clipping my nails once while playing FFR. I played Left, Up, 8, 6.
I cracked my 8 and 6 keys. True story.

I always keep my index and middle finger nails clipped to the nub, or as close I can bare without my fingers bleeding. It really helps if you don't have long fingernails, as they tend to get in the way.

Re: fingernails n33d clippin'
My mom thinks I'm just OCD about it, but I pretty much cut them once a week.
