Re: jTWG XXXIII: Host Sign ups
My game in mind: Pirates of the Caribbean Themed(No avatar change necesary)
Wolves(Flying Dutchmen): 1 Crewman(regular red) 1 Wolf Seer(Bootstrap Bill Turner). 1 Master Wolf(Davey Jones) Humans(Pirates of the Black Pearl): X amount of greens depending on how many sign up. (Regular crew of the Black Pearl). 1 Seer, Will Turner. 1 Vigi, Barbosa. 1 Captain, Jack Sparrow. (Will be seered as green) Here's where it gets interesting, the Captain will have one chance every night(except Night 1), to revive a random crew mate. To do this, he will have to send me a PM asking to "Sail to the End of the World." Or whatever(So that I know that he/she wants to attempt reviving someone). There's a 50% chance if winning, and losing. If you win, you will have a random crew member resurrected. If you lose, you will lose a random crew member(not yourself). To determine how you win or lose, I put numbers 1 and 2 in a random choosing thing on those random choosing thing sites If the number comes back as 1, you win. If it comes back as 2, you lose. Easy enough eh? Edit* The Wolf Master(Davey Jones) will also have the same chance, but can only do it every other night(In example: Night 2, Night 4, Night 6, etc...). Much more risky. Jchin, if you like a game then put their name in bold.
If a person gets enough votes we'll start the game. |

You can start by doing the same yourself trav.
Anyways, I'm going away for 2 days. Judging by the activity of this thread, that won't make anyone pee their pants waiting for me to return. |

Re: jTWG XXXIII: Host Sign ups
Well...I'll just post my game whether you allow it or not.
Based on Harry Potter: Good Wizards vs. Death Eaters Good Wizards X Numer of normal Wizards 1 Harry Potter - Chooses one person to protect from attack each night (Guardian) 1 Hermione Granger - Can check a person for the Dark Mark (Seer) 1 Albus Dumbledore - Can revive the dead using his magic Death Eaters 2/3 Normal Death Eaters (Wolves) 1 Voldemort (Alpha Wolf, shows as human if Hermione checks him. Items Horcrux - The player holding this can feel a Dark Mark's presence - and instantly knows who are Death Eaters, including Voldemort. This item can be traded AT NIGHT ONLY. Plus, this item must be kept secret, and anyone who has it given cannot say they have it, or who they got it off. If it is given to a Death Eater, then they can see who is Harry, Hermione, and Dumbledore.

Re: jTWG XXXIII: Host Sign ups
horcrux is bad idea since it basically gives away the game >_>

Re: jTWG XXXIII: Host Sign ups
I know dark dragoness was working on a game, don't know if she is bringing it out this time though. So for now, I am gonna go with LK's since Boatz doesn't seem to have all the kinks worked out.

Hmm...the Horcrux was a bit of a gamble...how about that it just revelas the Alpha Wolf?

Re: jTWG XXXIII: Host Sign ups
Boatz your game is favoring humans far too much. A guardian, seer, and revivals are just too much.
Plus, the horcrux basically gives away the game. Balance out the roles, and post it again. But for now, I'll vote LK. I don't really like all the possible revivals. But it sounds like it can be fun. Last edited by travman301; 08-8-2007 at 05:25 AM.. |

Re: jTWG XXXIII: Host Sign ups
I think with a little work, boatz > LKs.
As mentioned, horcrux is bad because anyone that comes around because here's what will happen: x, y, and z are wolves. seer seers x, if red humans win the game. If you were to remove Albus and the horcrux, you'd have a normal game (basically the same one TWG is playing right now.) I'd rather play that than LK's game. |
