It's called TWG/jTWG host signups. A dedicated thread for potential games would be kinda pointless.

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
For the record, i don't want people like Ruritsu or Gun to count. They are already involved with TWG. and are players we need to keep the games going. Ruritsu could join a TWG game if he wanted to, and Gun does.
Remember the thing with jTWG is that TWG comes first. If jTWG starts pulling active players from TWG, it will be shut down again.

sooooo... Are we making a host signup or no?
Even though the TWG has been soundly decimated, we should probably hold off for a bit. (I'm in a posting kind of mood today, so sorry about my running around saying the obvious) =/ |

I haven't seen you play bad. I mean, you usually last as a wolf, especially last time. I haven't seen you bust too many as a human, but your wolf skills are good.

Requesting potential game ban be given to AC for this non-player post.. After all, we've already disciplined this player more than once for infractions.

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
Thanks Rzr and I agree with Cy. AC could have simply PM'd the person in question, be chose to post in the game and told him to read the stickies. Advice he should probably consider following himself.

even though i think it's the guy who was a douche and called me out for posting after i died, i'm voting no ban on AC. he was trying to help, no harm done

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
But like I said, thats kind of the point of profiles isn't it? You know, leave a comment on the wall or send him a PM? I just grow tired of the lack of common sense around this site

Well saying it in the thread could be a bit more accessible and more people would see it. It's an issue of not reading rules thoroughly and whatnot.
Don't think a ban is totally called for, personally.

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
~Shrug~ Well, if some standards aren't set for new people, things could get out of hand. Like its been said, he has already been punished for things before, but I guess thats for others to decide. I still stand by my opinion.

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
the reason i voted no ban was because he was only trying to help clarify the rules to a new player, not because he's a new player himself

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
I was talking about the new people we are starting to get for the game itself. And with all the options of notification, there was a plethora of ways that something could have been said. Thats all I'm trying to say. Its a game that deals in common sense and with a lack of it, things can't possibly go well.

Voting for the ban. Yes, it was to try to help out a new player, but rules are rules, and I don't think exceptions should be made for stuff like this.

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
no ban
the health of the potential player pool is more important than enforcing rules that only serve as a means to be courteous to players who are in the TWG of the time. This rule isn't such a big deal. It enforces itself when players tell others to **** off. if we're going to play on those grounds you'll have to ban pntballa, too, for repeatedly posting in the TSF thread. oh, guess we're not doing this anymore. oops. Yeah, I'm not in TWC. so sue me. Last edited by FictionJunction; 05-6-2009 at 11:44 PM.. |

Re: TWC Rules, Policies, Etc.
So what is the point of rules if they aren't going to be enforced? Its one person for one game, I hardly see the harm in that. We have new people coming in each weak, so I doubt we are really dipping in the player pool.
