Wow...I don't ever watch the news... or ANY TV for that matter and I know who Scott Peterson is.

It's just another randomly selected overhyped case, just like Elizabeth Smart was. The media starts running dry, and decides to intervene in some random murder case, which causes it to drag on for months more than it needed to go on.
