Starcraft Brood war: Clone or imitator?
I was playin on US East like 10 minutes ago and i was playin a game under the account: Odin_Wellsong and then a person joins the game with THE SAME EXACT name! it's kinda freky but does any one have any idea how this is possable? It also happened to my freind Darktemplar56 like last year some time... Any Insites?

Theres actually a couple programs out there that can do that.
Usually BW will pick it up when it tried to give the win loss record and it'll say somthign like Invalid (name). Basically they log in under their account and use the program to modify their actual name. The best way i can describe it is that they have one master name. They can then modify it via the program to any other subname of their choosing. Because their logged in under their account it's really more of an imitator than a clone. Probably just a coincidence that they picked your name to imitate.

have any of you been to bwhacks.com? They can do some crazy stuff, such as get into others accounts.

Yeah, people do this in WC3 to mod colors and pass off as famous modders such as IceFrog or HatoUP. It's illegal in the ladder.
