3 Dimensional Work.
These are a few of the things I make using a NON-PIRATED(GASP!) version of 3dsMax 7, and Maya 5 software.
This first one is old, I made it back in highschool, just never bothered uploading it. The animation is horrible, some of the effects were off, long list of flaws, but, that's highschool work for ya. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gTrRueOQlWw This second one...Well, read the description, It's unfinished, I just don't feel motivated right now to finish it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LfrbGJXUes This 3rd one people who are subscribers, may have already seen....FFR new interface concept http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PhTUj...e=channel_page ------------------------------------------------------------------- Picture time. This was made in Maya 5, and was also one of the very first things I made in the program. This also made in Maya 5, it's definitely not my strongest program. Blue Flames I made and used as my desktop background for years, made in 3dsMax 7 A robotic hand Learned to write MAXScripts, some experimentations with gyroscopic variables. 3dsMax 7 Same. A male and female version of the "Larvaegator" in video number 2, female was textured in 3dsMax 7, while the male was textured in Deep Paint3d. Here's a few pictures of a simple model I made, my concept of a Mag Lev Formula 1 racer. Not even sure what I made this one for eggsactly, but its a preatty realistic looking egg xD This was made for Wickedawesomeful for some album art contest that I lost xD If I find more stuff hidden around my computer I'll throw it in, I know I have a ton of models I haven't rendered yet...but yeah, this is what I do. Re: 3 Dimensional Work.
Yes, nice work Shayne. I dabbled a bit in 3DS 8 but never got farther than an office complex XD Haven't touched the program for a long time now. I definitely love the eye though. It's pretty awesome.

Re: 3 Dimensional Work.
Wow I knew you were a really good artist, but I never realized how talented with 3-D modeling. I've tried to do this in small amounts myself back in the day when I used to make a ton of halo 2 mods, but was never very good at it.
Are you a graphic designer? Or is this just a hobby you have

Re: 3 Dimensional Work.
I'm a freelance designer, but I'm definitely looking to make it a profession, so I guess you could say as of right now it's more of a hobby until I find a career in it, which is extremely hard to do. Everyone is an artist these days, just need to learn how to set yourself apart...everyone uses photoshop, yet not many understand the aesthetics behind good graphic design. Learn the tools of the trade but master your own. Sorry /rantrantrant xD

Re: 3 Dimensional Work.
What I like about your work is that you have an amazing creativeness. You don't do the cream-of-the-crop renders, you make it your own. The toyota looks to be going pretty well imo. The robo arm looks like it's going along pretty well. You're lightyears ahead of me with 3D so I can't really give any C&C.. the only thing I might recommend is be darn sure to show us the final render of the Toyota!
