At least he used punctuation. The use of a semicolon gets you bonus points, but you used it incorrectly.

1.) I'm not a he; I'm a she.

2.)I use punctuations the way I please.

Just make sure to use the edit button when ever you get the chance and you should not have to double post ever.

They, their or them can also be used for refering to a singular antecedant and are not just singular pronouns. :P
