Well, actually two. I can't control my anger, and I get angry easily over competitive online games like shooters or really anything. When I get angry I'll pick up and my keyboard and throw it at my desk or smack my keyboard with my fists. My desk is all chipped where the keyboard is. How do I control it I hate it 0_o

I never really get angry like that so I wouldn't know....
But maybe if you do get that angry, like you say, maybe you should take a break from it.

Try to stop swearing. I felt so much better once I removed vulgar tendencies. There's times when I start swearing more often, but then I usually kick it and notice that I do feel better overall.

Anger is a common first reaction when you don't know what to do. Instead of getting mad, look at what happened and why it happened. Look at what you did wrong and how you can improve and how you can prevent it from happening again.

I used to rage like all hell over games, even Mario Kart. I put holes in my wall that I'd cover with posters, but I turned completely around.

I used to have a really bad temper when I was younger. All I can say about it is that you have to force yourself not to do these things.

As much as you may think you don't have a choice when you get angry, you do. Next time you get mad I suggest making a conscious effort to restrain yourself. It actually feels kind of funny at first.

If there is absolutely no way you can do this, get a punching bag.

Anger is a root problem. Simply not playing the game hides it, but you still have the problem. Correcting your anger is a better solution than hacking off a joint of it, methinks.
