DEFAULT WOLF VICTORY CONDITIONS (plz read)
The default wolf team victory condition is when the wolf population equals the human population at the end of a day interval after someone is voted off. Not after a night's wolf kill, not in the middle of the day, at the end of the day. (Obviously, if the wolf population exceeds the human population at any time then the game can be stopped because it is academic.)
Examples: End of Day X: Person P is voted off, leaving N wolves and N humans. Wolves win. Middle of Night X: Person P is wolfed, leaving N wolves and N humans. Play goes on. Middle of Day X: Person P is vigilante'd or otherwise eliminated, leaving N wolves and N humans. Play goes on. (Special example - Middle of Day X: Person P is vigi'd or otherwise eliminated, leaving N wolves and N-1 humans. Wolves win.) Got that? Equal at END OF DAY. Someone sticky this please. EDIT: Giant Size 29 CapsLock angry rant gone because my mood has improved.

That can't be entirely right.
4 people left, 3 humans, 1 wolf. End of day I, 1 human voted off, now 2 humans, one wolf Start of day I+1 human is wolfed, now 1 human one wolf each votes for the other, coin flip for the win. Eh No. |

Yeah I know that's how it SHOULD be, but Kilga implied no wolf win for tied population except at the time right after when votes were cast for the night.
I was just giving an example where this rule is clearly a mistake. |

yeah it comes down to a coinflip if it's one human one wolf. I don't think that has ever happened though, largely because it requires there to be a successful guarding and for the game to last as long as it possibly can.

Re: DEFAULT WOLF VICTORY CONDITIONS (plz read)
coin flip for the win makes no sense. The rule should be 1 human 1 wolf equals wolf win at any time. Any wolf that makes it that far deserves the win.
I mean I understand the theory. Daytime, wolf versus human, battle to the death, anyone can win, but nighttime wolf clearly has the advantage and wins in even numbers. I still say it should be a wolf win when it's one on one on the last day, if not when it's even numbers any day. |
