Tattoo design

Upon my grandmothers passing I would like a tattoo to go on my right arm. I want the phrase " Did I Not." I would also like "D" "I" "N" to be in bubble letters with cake designs with the other letters in some sort of calligraphy.

I'll give the winner 90k and runner-up 10k.

If you have any ideas that would add to it, meeting the same theme though go ahead. I really appreciate everyone who tries, this is probably going to be the most important tattoo I'll ever get.
