Re: How much money do you make?
The Canadian dollar is worth less than the American dollar.
Also: a lot of us in the lower range have some sort of added money (ie my tips or other's commissions).

And also, I am the head pizza prep at a pizza joint. Been there 4.75 years. I now make 8 dollars an hour (plus 2 dollars an hour under the table) and i work 35 hours a week. And my summer job is working for Comcast and Ameritech, burying phone and cable lines. 40 hours a week. 15 dollars an hour. 3 months of the year = lots of money. |

Re: How much money do you make?
Chick-Fil-A
$6.50 (raise pending), nothing too serious, just a little part-time gig to have some cash in my pocket and to save for next year in college. I work at the mall, so I see hella people and get a lot of discounts from other stores and places like Cinnabon and Macy's and Foot Locker. And, I can graze on chicken nuggets and wash it down with ice cream often. Fun Fun. |

Re: How much money do you make?
$6.00 at Burger King. Here in Utah, last time I checked, minimum wage was $4.75, but it's been a while.
Since I live in a depressed area, it's really difficult to find a job out here and the highest pay I can think of in the Valley is $10 at one job. That's a high wage out here. I was paid $7.25 by the end of my last job by fluke of pay-roll, I think. Yeah, $7.00 would be one of the higher wages here in the Valley. I know we're not as depressed as other parts of the country but it took my fiance three months applying at jobs almost daily to get one. The main jobs in the Valley are out-bound market research centers (also known as those annoying people that try to do surveys over the phone). I'm finding that fast-food is better... -_-'

Re: How much money do you make?
I was making $18.75/hour, working ~50 hours a week... for YellowBook. But I couldn't stand working in a cubicle doing the same thing 100x a day, each and every day.
So now I work at a bank... wage is less by a decent bit, but still doing ~50 hours a week. Still more than just about what anyone else posted, but definitely a lot less than YB. But I'm happier, I think. And I should be making more... college grad and all.

Re: How much money do you make?
The national minimum wage is still $5.15/hr. If it's not, I am about to sue Baylor. The wage hike passed in the House but got hung up in the senate. It's probably not going to pass this time, or the next time, or the next time.

Re: How much money do you make?
8$ an hour at a pet store, and I do odd jobs as a graphic artist which will usually be in the 100-150$ range per job, and I sell Maplestory accounts lol, which takes about a month to get to a high enough level, then sells for usually about $1,200. So overall I make about $2,200 a month, 26k a year if all goes well.
