jTWG: Graduation Day - POST GAME (A Crying Shame)
Alright, so here's what went down:
Players: 1) Shikari (raphz0rr) (KitB death day 2) 2) Gun92 (james92hoffman) (lynched day 1) 3) iggymatrixcounter (iggy911mc) (killed night 1) 4) Omeganitros (omeganoxim) (killed night 3) 5) rzr (astickytree) (assumed dead, didn't actually die via anything) 6) 00Razor00 (Razwh0r3) (lynched day 3) 7) RawrInc (Jsrf325) (killed night 2, shotgun death) 8) StoicRoivaS (StoicRoivaS) (killed night 2) 9) DiscoBobbyPARANOiA (dbptwg) (assumed dead, didn't actually die via anything) 10) Syhto (Sopsmoi) (won the game!) on night 1, Omega got the immunity charm, never got to use it. on night 2, razor got the shotgun and killed Rawr with it. on night 3, Syhto got an immunity charm, which could've made things very interesting in an active game. Syhto never used any of her "abilities" and clearly didn't have to. 80% of you guys sucked the massive inactivity dick on this one... shame on you. I wanna thank DBP, Stoic, Iggy and Syhto for playing as good a game as possible with the horrible amount of activity generated. Stoic, I'm sorry again man, Thoughts?

I tried. Ive never seen someone spaz so bad over a safety vote before. It was amusing to me to say the least.

Re: jTWG: Graduation Day - POST GAME (A Crying Shame)
Too easy?
You won entirely by forfeit, you wolfed by activity to utterly kill the game, and you were going to end up the most active person conveniently left alive the entire game (i.e. obviously the wolf). I would hardly call that a win on your part. If I were hosting it would have instantly been canceled on a zero-vote day, but whatever. Thanks for the invite observer, but the game was basically exactly what I expected and why I didn't want to come back. Sorry Iggy, I tired.

I would still quantify the wolf victory as "too easy" considering the humans put no effort aside from talking about items into doing anything useful.

good game shyto. You were my second guess. (I thought stoic was messing with my mind lol)
But after my rant on stoic was over, Quote:
But this game sucked big, there just aren't enough hardcore twgers around anymore. The no vote thing was quite funny though lol, that has to be a first..... NO ONE voted lol......lol. Syhto, you should have let me and stoic battle it out, we're both extremely active but have different styles of play. (at least from what I remember.) |

If people like stoic and iggy continue to play I'd join the next game.

I think a few people need a little bit to "cooldown" before we try again. I'm excited that some "big names" have at least acknowledged that the game exists again. I hope that this triggers some kind of recovery. Everything rests on Stoic's shoulders... Lol
I'm kidding, of course. But still, I'm not giving up on you yet, Stoic.

Re: jTWG: Graduation Day - POST GAME (A Crying Shame)
I wasn't trying to kill activity, I was just doing what was predictable. I also don't think that was a give away, iggy, because it was a given that I've played with you before and on multiple occasions. I wouldn't lump myself in with new players, I was part of my other broad statement. I only said it was easy because I never had to defend myself at all. In fact I hardly put in any effort. It was not meant as some kind of insult, it was just how the game was to me. I had ideas planned for if certain things were to happen, but I never did have to do any of them. This is the last game I'm *ever* going to play though.
I wasn't going to kill you, stoic, but you asked me to so I thought: why not. Also, with who was left I wasn't -obvious- at all... but sure, to people not playing, it is usually easier to think so. frankly, I'm surprised everyone is still like this about twg. Like what am i supposed to do eh, is my job as the wolf to make it fun for everyone or win the game? I was just putting in basically minimal effort because I didn't want to play this game in the first place! That being said stoic, I had no idea you were here to play only for iggy. I came in to realize I was the wolf and I was kind of like -_- because I only registered so everyone else could play. That night I just did a predictable move and killed iggy. Sorry I ruined your ~ideal game~, but I didn't even know you were playing just for iggy until he was already dead. Iggy, it is another method to leave people arguing amongst themselves, but it just didn't go that way. Like I said Stoic, when you asked me to wolf you twice if I was the wolf I was like "ehhh w/e" and did it. Sorry if it didn't meet your expectations, but I think your anger is a bit misplaced. I just took it one step at a time and this is what happened. The outcome could have changed at any time if others had taken initiative and come after me. But it is a game, and shit happens in games, and you don't always win or have fun. But I usually make it a point to try and have fun, even if I lose. The negativity at these post games is usually something I don't look forward to even if this game was weird, it's cool with me. If I had lost I would have said, good game everyone. it started off sort of strong... A manhunt isn't always the funnest game in the world. have fun next time guys. you'll start being more active once you get in the zone.

Re: jTWG: Graduation Day - POST GAME (A Crying Shame)
Only reason I played was because I was asked to. But as far as activity went I found time to actually jump on aim and post. So good game everybody.

Re: jTWG: Graduation Day - POST GAME (A Crying Shame)
I already have another idea... lol
I'll give it some time before I bring anything up though. There looks to be a lot of hostility/general negativity here right now. Hopefully some people will want to return.

Re: jTWG: Graduation Day - POST GAME (A Crying Shame)
syhto, don't worry about it. It's your job to win even if that means killing activity. If more people were active then you wouldn't have activity levels die after a few players have been killed.
Just because I wanted to play with stoic, doesn't mean squat. The game plays out how it plays out. You win some lose some. You won the game based on what you needed to do. I wouldn't have expected anything less. |
