anyone used it? I personally love it, I love it so much I bought the premium membership so I could have it on my phone. It's basically an endless CD collection. Pandora and Last.FM without all the BS.

It's got some connections to Facebook coming in the future, Zuckerberg said that sometime soon people you are chatting with in Facebook will be able to see what song you are listening to and will be able to listen along to it through the chat, if you are running it through Spotify. It's a pretty nifty thing actually.

It already posts songs you've listened to recently, I think It's had about 45 songs on John Butler I've listened to lately haha. It's a great app for the phone too, I listen to it at work to pass time since there is SO much to offer on it. I honestly give it 5stars and the best music application I've seen this year it's incredible.

i got an invite to use it, havent installed it yet though because i hardly listen to music on my comp anymore. though it seems like spotify is just another napster to me. i see no reason to use it since i doubt id have access to some of the songs i do now in my own collection

Spotify is openly available now, no need for invites

The service is very useful and their music archive is pretty vast. It also plays from your local library so you can use it to replace your media players, and it can also basically replace iTunes for music.

I don't use it much personally, but it's becoming gradually more poplar in the U.S.
