banner in comment.!

ok, i need help.obviously.
my friend sent me a banner she made for me through comments & i want to know how i can resize it so i can put it on my banner.

Open it in Paint > Ctrl-W > Edit how you want > Save.

Tell her to be smart and send it through a PM instead of comments... To my knowledge I don't believe you can magically get a full-sized image out of the thumbnail-sized images the comment system turns them into.
