Is this going to be your calling card for every file? I mean, Counting Snow I can understand, as each note could be taken like an individual snowflake, but there's only so far that I can tolerate such a gimmick.

well it's basically gypsy punk (look it up on wikipedia) + a little bit of dubstep = gypsy punkstep

Gogol Bordello is known for gypsy punk music.

I like it, to be honest. A neat way of layering without clogging up the file. I guess it shouldn't be abused, but I like it. Similar to micro holds.

White arrows = FFR micro holds. Perfect analogy.

Some people abuse it more than others. Personally I think it's kinda tacky (I feel the same way about micro holds), but each person has their own style. It's certainly not outright wrong and so there's going to be a variety of opinions.

I think it's important you change DossarLX_ODI to DossarLX ODI because there is a space in my username, no underscore

there's a problem w/ Immigrandia's in-game name, and should offer an explanation to anyone wondering about the genre

The song title should have "Bassnectar Remix" in it, somewhere.

Ding Dong Song was surprisingly fun for an easy chart. Props to dossar for being able to make fun easy charts, something i still struggle with.

Another Day is alright. Not as interesting, but still good for what it is.

Luna Ascension was well stepped, but nothing too special

Immigrandia is fun as hell, and decently stepped imo, especially considering it's something detri and i made in under a day. The color notes are a tad off, but ffr's weird engine makes them more on sync.

I thought that as well, but then I remembered that MAX Forever is an 8, so it seemed about right (still can't get those single handed trills :@)

Ding Dong Song [Light] - A fairly easy stepfile for this song, found this very fun TBH. Good job Dossar.

Ding Dong Song [Standard] - Fun as well. A few parts can give out goods easily if you're not careful.

Immigraniada - Really fun, **** my snap reaction to hit notes discretely. The way it was stepped was not too bad.

Luna Ascention - Not a fan with abusing white notes to accent different sounds, but this is nicely stepped so I won't argue about that.

Another Day - What's with you and bemani-esque songs? This is really fun though, the 8th jacks felt great to this file.

Basically, taking everyone's feedback into account, the message to me is:

"Step more files that well, but HOLY SHIT STOP USING ALL THOSE ****ING WHITE NOTES JESUS YOU WHITE****** GODDAMN"

Anyone planning to make the skill token image? I might just do it, but I don't want to be ninja'd or anything lol

idk I mentioned that it was a little simple in the front page post but then jimerax added that bit above the image about it being replaced. So I don't know if they have a replacement already or if that's just a "we'll get to it" kind of thing.

In general you should feel free to make more token graphics though, if the picture doesn't get used for this specifically, I'm sure they will use them eventually.

Good! Thought I was going crazy. I thought it was up on the front page but then I looked again and it said that it's "temporary" lol.
