You need 9-0-0-0 or less in order to get it. Nothing else but goods nine or lower.

You can have as many goods, averages and boos as you want as long as your score is equal to or more than that of a 9-0-0-0 score.

SDG implies that it's a full combo. It's a common term used by the community when dealing with scores.
