MaxX's simfile thread [Pad]
Before anything HUGE APOLOGIES for how freaking cluttered this has gotten. It's mostly just a copy paste from other sites. One of these days I'll organize this stuff better.
May as well start this thread. As a note, most of my charts are Singles Expert only and range from 9~16 on the ITG scale. You can also download the files individually by clicking on the banner of the simfile (only applies to Voltage for now; again, I'll organize this better soon). My first pack of files. For the most part, it's a good pack, but there's some definite eyesores as well (by which I mean it'll be hit or miss for most people). I do want to update them with full difficulties and revisions, but I probably won't start until I'm done working on Amperage (my second pack). Shoutouts to Sudzi for doing 98% of the graphics in this; if there's one thing that shines it's that (also to Chaosunown for Blood Lullaby, CondorTalon for The Sampling Paradise, and some random kid on the SM forums that I stole Luna from haha). ~~~~ Click banner to download. Text here also links to it Hi there. I made another pack. It's kinda neat or something. Most of these charts are uncut and not r23 compatible; sorry about that, I just like stepping long songs. A big chunk of these also have full singles (besides most of the video outs basically) covering the novice 1s all the way to expert 16s and a good chunk of stuff in between. A lot of these charts are STREAMZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ; blow me I like stream charts (though there's plenty of technical and fluffy charts as well). A lot of these are Vospi songs because Vospi is fucking awesome at what he does. Some day I'll come back to this pack and ramp up the rest of the songs with full difficulties and hopefully doubles charts as well (in honesty this pack was delayed for the longest time because of full difficulties, and I feel that it isn't fair to hold off this pack anymore simply because of a few lower charts that few people will care about). as always feedback, comments, criticisms and all that are welcome as usual. If I fucked something up please let me know so that I may potentially unfuck it up. Chart features footswitches, some tell jumps, and crossovers sprinkled in in some sections. My graphics ability is still subpar oh well. Banner links to simfile; so does this text. Comments, critique, feedback, and such are welcome as usual.

Re: MaxX's simfile thread
you should make it a bit more clear that these are pad files, considering this is a more keyboard oriented site

Re: MaxX's simfile thread
Really fun files to play! I'd say great job also with the graphics.
Though I must wonder how can people actually pass files like Nergal Burning on pad? I totally burnt out my arm playing it on the KEYBOARD one-handed. Those guys who do it on pad probably run quite a distance in the cooper test. |

Re: MaxX's simfile thread
Meh, I kinda figured people would bug me about labeling the play style but whatever added in the thread title I hope (or maybe not idk it's in the first few sentences anyways what the charts are more or less).

Re: MaxX's simfile thread
I'm pretty sure most people can tell these are pad files just by looking at the graphics and the banner dimensions rofl (re: dat signature r21 style)

Re: MaxX's simfile thread
Uploaded your Voltage pack to youtube.
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...dj50IAuEkmU5dB I really like this pack, the song choices are diverse and fun, patterns are entertaining, files are replayable. Superb work, can't wait to play your other packs. |

Re: MaxX's simfile thread
I downloaded Voltage and I really enjoyed it. The only complaint that I have is that the background for One More Lovely kind of messes with the 16th notes, but otherwise well put together. Good song selections too.

Re: MaxX's simfile thread
Uploaded your second pack "Amperage" to youtube as well.
http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list...toXMC855IMhgy_ imo, it was a step in the wrong direction in comparison to Voltage. |
