So, I can't find the old thread to bump, so why not create a whole new thread!

I recently destroyed every single icon on my desktop, and this was the result:

PS - As per rules, >5 icons is lose. <1024x768 is lose.

I'm using that. I didn't ss my desktop because there are ~20 different things downloading there right now and its a real mess. Plus my other 20 random icons for things that I really don't need. Basically the left half of the screen is covered.

I wish I had a multi-monitor system

Well I just spent about half an hour looking through crappy wallpapers and I am now convinced that nothing beats what I have.

It has to be a dark wallpaper. I work at night and if I minimize a window to a bright orange sunrise, I will be blinded.

It cannot be modern abstract crap as those have absolutely no soul or creativity behind them.

Those two criteria make selecting a new wallpaper practically impossible.

Looks like I'm the only person to use a theme that doesn't look like **** (i.e., a default Windows theme) so far.

And put the taskbar on top like it should be.

I would put on a theme but even the full versions of both StyleXP and WindowsBlinds mess up system files and cause unnecessary problems.

my computer forces me to have it be a solid color... :/

I'll probably never be able to have the taskbar be elsewhere, even if it's SUPPOSED to not be at the bottom (which, ironically, the taskbar is SUPPOSED to be at the bottom in all versions of windows I've ever heard of).

I've been using this one for a while. I should probably look into getting something new.

ps- My laptop is running Linux and is therefore much more important to me. It's quite uncluttered. If anyone seriously wants to see I'll post the pic of that later.
