The Con of Man
Heh ... 1 guess as to what book/movie that's from.
Anyway, the point of this thread is to warn you guys against trusting EI_Tizzy. Yeah ... I thought he was cool too, but after personally donating him 20,000 credits for the Team Token Tournament (as well as probably 10 other people donating him to make the donation total to be ~60k, all of us thinking we were helping ensure that future TT Tournaments happened) and then him completely ditching the tournament, I decided to private message him on here. He hasn't responded nor will he, at least, not to anyone's satisfaction. I gave you a chance to respond and make right Tizzy, but you didn't take it. If admins could restore credits (here's the image link to the donations [some people actually donated more, but I won't get that picky unless all of them want to]: http://xs315.xs.to/xs315/07182/Plaque.png, that'd be great, but that's not the point of this thread (to ask for the credits back). It'd be fine if that wasn't possible. I'm just here to warn you guys against trusting your credits to EI_Tizzy (or anyone for that matter). - X BTW, if any TT members see this that donated, sorry to tell you, but your credits went to complete waste. Re: The Con of Man
I completely agree. I gave 10000 credits for the tourney. Now he's gone. I really need those for my tourney.
Although I doubt any admin is gonna take any time to look at this.

Re: The Con of Man
We have proof along with 10-20 members of TT's word for it.
But again, that's not the point ... just don't make my mistake and trust someone with a huge amount of credits (half of what I had ... rofl). |

so much for sleep xception .
But ya, never trust some one. We have tons of witnesses though i doubt we'll ever get our creds back, neither from a mod nor from tizzy.

Re: The Con of Man
This is a disaster...
I can't believe he scammed us.... I donated a total of 1,000 Credits, and I was supposed to win a bunch in the TT Tourney for 4th place. Ugh. I'm behind you all the way. It's horrible that you and Zach donated all those credits for this. I want him banned, lol. XD |

I donated a good number of credits and I thought they would be going to a good cause. Shame on you, EI_Tizzy. Last edited by xplayfan; 06-2-2007 at 12:26 AM.. |

Holy crap, good thing I didn't donate more than I had. Well this sucks.
I was actually just about to donate 5k to it when I saw this... Coincidence? Lol, whatever, thanks for making this Jung.

Re: The Con of Man
Well, all is explained in our forums. For anyone here, please don't judge me as such. I've given back 41,000 credits, and will give away all other donations, even to the last 115 credit one, as well as using my own credits for the tournament since the Prize Fund is no more.
And for anyone who thinks I'm doing this to not get banned, they're right, but this is NOT the only reason. I actually had no idea a thread was made about this. It is true that I was off my computer for 2 straight weeks, but that was because I either didn't have Internet access or I was grounded, which consisted of the wireless router downstairs being REMOVED. When I finally got back on I saw everyone accusing me of conning 10s of thousands of credits from them, and I was upset that they would even think that. I have been a member of Team Token for a while now. I have helped SO many other people, and made the entire Team Token Forums what it is today, and only by slaving away at the computer for hours on end. Why would I do something like that to the group I've cherished for so long? I guess I stopped doing stuff for Team Token because I felt like I was doing so much for so little appreciation, even though this assumption was probably wrong. I came to my senses, and tried to set stuff right. And here I am. Any other judgement someone else makes because of this, I leave that to their discretion. But try and understand what really happened...
