Wolves could've just roleblocked them and tried to keep up uncertainty, but eh, there probably wouldn't have been a counterclaim anyway. Not a great situation to be in, but the game is still far from unwinnable.

Roundbox dying instead of being eternally roleblocked implies he was on track on his reads somewhere. I haven't had time to reread because I've been busy with work stuff but his posts are where we start

I left a reminder to question Leetic about that EOD though: You seemed really eagered to see if Round was willing to claim when he didn't have that much pressure and Xel was probably going to die anyway.

I know I had a vote on him, and Raeko tested the waters by voting that way but wasn't totally committed, but then you're telling him it's time to claim? I know you were interested in putting him in -1 but you seemed really eager to get to the claim there

I wanted whoever was most likely to be lynched to claim, and roundbox seemed to be headed in that direction at EoD as most people seemed interested in moving away from XelNya. I've just seen too many cases of town PRs failing to claim at EoD when it could've saved them, and I do stand by that the XelNya mislynch was less bad for town than a roundbox mislynch would have been.

Like I feel like I only talked about stuff like that within like the first bit of the day and in a sense we are all new to the thread as it is like a new game but I feel like I did talk about my reasoning and stuff beyond that even if I didn’t have super like crazy good ideas ig if that makes sense

Posts like 284 gave that impression, as well as the fact that you weren't really committed to your own push. Regardless, I am more saying that I'd like to see more of your actual thoughts this phase

It got hectic there so I might have missed it but did you tell Xel to claim at all? About where would that be if you did?

Perhaps, but there could've been the possibility it was a desperate move from a VT, which I have seen happen before (though I'm not sure if roundbox would ever make that move specifically) and wolves had a roleblocker so it wouldn't be high-risk to keep them alive. If the wolf played their cards right, they could even close out the game with a CC, but I guess that move wouldn't be without its own risk. I guess the fact that roundbox was killed more signifies that no one was so close that the wolf considered them a bigger threat.

I assumed XelNya would CC if they were the cop. The self-vote was basically an admission that they weren't seer. Besides, I don't want to encourage a massclaim at D1, the Seer should've had cover if they weren't about to be lynched
