REEL BIG FISH - Good Thing Lyrics
I never felt too good but in this world who would I was always thinkin somethin wasn't right But then you came along and helped me sing a song and now I feel ok I hope it can stay- this way You know we've got a good thing goin' and I don't wanna see it end You know we've got a good thing goin' and I don't wanna see it end Are these the good days that I've heard so much about- there goes the heartbreak that I can live without I've been so frustrated, bitter, mean, and jaded I've taken for granted all the things I've got But now that you are here this anger disappears and I feel happy too this is sappy but it's true You know we've got a good thing goin' and I don't wanna see it end You know we've got a good thing goin' and I don't wanna see it end Are these the good days that I've heard so much about there goes the heartbreak that I can live without Yeah.

RE: Re: RE: Re: An Appeal To Reason
Wow. I'm honored. a 40+ post thread that is less than 3 hours old... ALL ABOUT ME!
Frankly, this is whats up: eb, Kilga, flypie, afro all have sand in their vagina. They can't handle the level of thinking that I bring to the game and therefore are forced to get upset that I foil their plans and then go and run away like little babies. Talisman is pretty much attacking them for their attitudes, and they're replying with "blah blah blah, not playing... we want whorli's boobies". So, this is what it has come to..... I've gotten to such an advanced level of this game, so far above everyone else.... that not enough people are willing to play. Chardish brought TWG to FFR... but my actions were legendary right from the start. And now, they have brought the end. It is like the tragic fall of Rome... And, one last thing... not once have I, nor will I, ask for anyone to come back to TWG. If they don't want to play... their loss. If TWG ends at FFR... that is ok too. I'll retire at the pinnacle of the sport. The Hall of Fame. Can't complain going out at the top of ones career. Also, I will continue to sign up for each future TWG that is started. That is all. Well, maybe not... I don't get why no one contacted me privately at all about this. Oh well.

RE: Re: RE: Re: An Appeal To Reason
Here's my input on this.. for all it matters. The crap people have been saying like "we're not being childish, we're just walking away" is nonsense. There's more to it than just that. There are consequences to your actions, and often more than you might first realize. If enough people leave, we won't be able to have TWGs on FFR anymore.
Sure, it's been brought up that everyone except Tass move on over to a0.com to play. Now that is childish in its purest form. I couldn't think of too many things more childish than excluding someone from a group because you feel more secure in your own little group. I like this game, I really do, but I will not sink down to playing the game at a different place with the sole purpose of excluding someone. On a side note, LEGOS OMG |

I'm not in this game since I'm going on an urban exploration project next week... but I just wanted to say You're a fucking dick. Way to try to help solve the problem, instead you're just going to be a huge ****** about it and act in the exact way that makes people quit the game. Good job, cunt.

What does urban exploration mean? You're going looking for blacks and winos in downtown Houston then take photos of their rare and potentially endangered species?

Have fun playing an 8 person TWG, Tass ^^; EDIT: Urban exploration means that he is exploring abandoned buildings like hospitals and stuff. Or at least that's what ap told me. |

Oh. I wasn't aware hospitals were abandoned... and, I like my idea much better. Maybe bring bb guns and start our own "Most Dangerous Game". That would be fun. I digress.

The tolerance level of the people of FFR sucks. I don't want to see this game die, and I intend on playing. You all will suck when you get older and get jobs. "I don't like my co-workers attitude, fire him or i'm leaving". Well, your gone. Please, people, grow up and learn to deal with people you have problems with. Personally I have no problems with Tass, because the more bragging he does get's me more pumped up to do better. The only way it would get me mad is if he wasn't backing it up. SO stop getting pissed and play.
I don't understand what's so hard of ignoring a playing style, if you all hate the way to play so much, hit him where it hurts, his ego. Leaving only makes him feel better, beat him at his own game, and show him up. Jurs, shorten it, I'm still in. |

RE: Re: RE: Re: An Appeal To Reason
TWG is a lot different than a job. A job provides and you rely on it to support you with food, paying bills, etc. This is a game that we don't have to play if we don't want to. Tass acting the way he does is making us not want to play, so we won't.
Why don't you all grow up. We are the ones that found a solution that works: just not playing. Go find substitues or try and fix Tass. We aren't going to change our minds. |

It's a selfish solution that ruins FFR's TWG. Jurs, how many do we have, I feel a few people from jTwg are ready.

I don't want ot play ANY game where somebody acts like that. It's like say you play a game online, and you play cheap (yeah it's a crap analogy) and it isn't cheating in any way. They all leave, and then you taunt them, saying I'M TOO GOOD FOR YOU. I know thats a bad analogy, but still, with that attidude, bye bye ffr twg for me, even if I have never played in an actual good game, because i already hate the way people act. what I mena is you aren't hte legend you claimed, your acts aren't legendary, you don't thoink higher than anyone else, you need to get off your high horse.

RE: Re: RE: Re: An Appeal To Reason
tass this was your opportunity to show some humility and help fix the problem dude... aperson is right on.
doesn't anyone still want to play the game here? I've read the a0 games... they're not exactly up to par. Maybe they'll get better. Maybe not. And white text is lame. jurs... cut some roles and reduce the wolves in your game and open up a sign up thread or something. and people please consider my idea of a good sportsmanship rule or something. |
