Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
How to submit a score for this round:
For those who are familiar: 1. Printscreen your score and FFR window at the same time like so: http://aycu25.webshots.com/image/303...1995707_rs.jpg 2. Provide access to the image however you see fit (image uploading site, Go Advanced->Manage Attachments, etc). For those who have no idea how to upload a picture: 1. Make sure your score is visible on the screen as well as another window showing your FFR account, like so: http://aycu25.webshots.com/image/303...1995707_rs.jpg 2. Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard 3. Open up any graphics program -- easiest is Paint 4. Go to Edit->Paste, or simply press Ctrl+V to paste your screenshot into Paint 5. Crop your picture if you can, but it isn't required if you don't know how to 6. Go to File->Save As, and give it a name and then choose an acceptable file type such as JPG or PNG, for example. Save it to your desktop for easier access. 7. Go to any image uploading site such as http://allyoucanupload.webshots.com/ 8. Upload the picture you saved 9. Copy the URL from the area where it says "Direct Link to Image" (highlight the URL and either right click and copy or highlight and press ctrl+c) 10. Paste your URL in the tournament thread http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...ad.php?t=78972 Last edited by MrRubix; 10-2-2007 at 07:12 AM.. |

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
hmm why not. i suck at ffr, but i hope i'll make it up with the other challenges.
I'm in. Also: in each round, will all the scores, even the worst ones, be added to the player total, or will only the top (10/5/...) scores in the round count? |

Re: Omnipwn Tournament (100,000 Credit Grand Prize)
I don't understand what you mean. Everyone who joins is in this until the end, regardless of how much or little one participates. For instance, if you didn't do jack for 9 rounds, you'd have 0 for all those rounds. And then say the last round was a speed round, and you submit 10 minutes before deadline. You'd have a grand total of 10 points (you'd probably be near dead last though aside from people who signed up and never participated).

So if you check the forums not so often and you see a challenge late... well if it's a function of time you're out of luck? :P.

If it happens to be a speed round, yes. I'll post ahead of time what kind of round it will be.
