Some songs lagging on the first note

I've been having this problem with some of the newer songs. Autumn Insomnia Session and Colibri will have a "1-second pause" at the very first note, which will most likely result in a good or a miss. Anyone else having this issue?

I play on Velocity Engine in Google Chrome with Windows 7

Yeah, this issue has to do with the chart starting without an insufficient amount of buffer frames to the flash file. I've fixed the issue with Colibri, but not for other songs. I don't have the flash files for other songs with the problem, but I can fix it once I obtain them.
