Suggestion
To get rid of the forum spammers why not have an requirement before you can post in the forums like playing one game or having a certain amount of credits

Re: Suggestion
I think they already have that requirement of having a non-zero GTS before being able to post, period. As for having credits, if you spend them all on a big purchase like Holy Orders or you send them to a friend (or even lose a challenge!), poof, there goes your posting privileges.

Re: Suggestion
There's not a requirement of having a non-zero GTS. The only requirement put into place that I know of (or knew of, as I'm not sure if it still currently being used) is that you have to wait 24 hours before being able to make a post/create a thread.
I wouldn't mind a score requirement prior to posting - something like 10,000,000 should be detracting enough. I feel like if the score requirement is too low and noticed as an anti-spam mechanism, those who are controlling accounts for spam for monetary gain might actually play the game just to get that minimum. For an inexperienced player, 10,000,000 points should take a short time, but not short enough for someone to just blast through. |
